Wild day, but what else would you expect from option expiration week at these levels. Nice drop accross the board but ES regained its 10 dma as the VIX just went shy of weekly R1 and bulls took the reins back. IBM after the close might help the DOW. We just had some very wide after hours move in ES/NQ and ER on a terrorist false alarm in NY.
