PM update:
The rally just can't get much follow through. Small caps are down. QQQQ finds precise resistance at 10 dma, 47.89. The drag is still housing with HGX in the red all morning. You can't get strong sustainable upside without HGX on board. The VIX is still flashing a moderate buy signal, so there is a bullish bias, but it is getting lame. The 2 PM turn will tell us if bulls mean business.
