Noon update:
The VIX finally drops 19.76 and it looks like ES will make it up to 1398, its 20 dma. Note the NQ numbers I gave earlier. ER 750 is a support number to watch.
Oil is back above 124. TNX is still stuck at 4.03%. I will update after the close.
