PM update (2):
The VIX is near the October 2002 highs. Nasdaq AD lines have turned positive. It looks like they are trying to hold QQQQ 40, 39.50 was the low, close to NDX 1600. SPX is back up above 1150, although 1157 is still resistance. ISE equity at 98. When we rally (and we will one day), it will be quite spectacular.
